BEDROOMS Most of the twelve bedrooms lead to their own downstairs patio or private balcony, that look out over the ocean or lagoon. All rooms are en suite to a Victorian-styled bath and/or shower room, some with twin beds, others with queen-sized beds. Each room has a TV with SA programs (satellite channels available in the TV-room), safe, fan, hairdryer and coffee/tea-making facilities. The sash windows allow the fresh air straight from the Antarctic into the rooms.  |

Rooms 1,5,7,9 These rooms are inland-facing, room 1 being downstairs and the other three upstairs. Rooms 1, 7 and 9 have twin beds, 5 a queen-sized one. All four are en suite to a shower room, whilst room 9 also has a bath, as well as a private balcony. Since the flood of November 2007, these rooms have acquired magnificent ocean and mountain views, which they did not have before. "It is an ill wind that blows nobody good!" Rooms 2 and 4 are downstairs, each with an extra alcove fitting under the balcony of the room above and providing a pull-out couch for a teenager. Each room opens onto its own private patio. Both have twin beds and are en suite to a shower room, whilst room 2 has a bath as well. Rooms 6, 8,12 and 13 are upstairs, each leading to its own private balcony. Rooms 6 and 8 have queen-sized beds and are en suite to a shower room. Room 12, being on a corner, has two balconies, one facing the ocean and the other the adjoining lagoon. It has a queen-sized bed and a bath and shower. Room 13 has twin beds bath and shower. These two face the lagoon, have balconies, queen-sized beds and a bath and shower.  |
